it was saturday

around 6.30 in the morning
i was already awake
my eyes was really smiling - excitement was all over my veins...
you know why?
because i'm on my way to UPLB - university of the philippines los banos
yup...away from the busy place - city of makati, manila and quezon
my friend and i are off to go and visit thier house - los banos
purpose/goal: to study and left the busy and noisy city
meeting place: mc donald - quezon avenue branch
time: 7.30 a.m. sharp!
so, i took a bath then leave at 7.00 sharp
i hitch on my room mate car, beetle "volkwagen" 1968 model,
on the way to my meeting place
i arrive and still she was not there yet
i waited and ordered a cup of brewed coffee and a cinnamon roll
while reading a journal book - fertility transition by robert bulatao and john casterline
which i need to read for my comprehenssive exam next month
so, while waiting...
my phone ring- ring ring
"message recieve"
inbox- i open it
whalla message "crap i just woke up"
from kahlou
time 7.35 a.m.
so i just smile and reply
inbox
click write message
"it's okay i'll just wait here"
message end
sent
send message....
then, i waited and continue my reading
while drinking my brewed coffee with fresh milk on it!
another ring on my phone
ring ring - a miscall appeared so i immediately rush and went out
she's there, and ride in the car
we talk and said we'll pick up one of our friend - house mate name alma
who works in call center - sykes international
so off we go the three of us - destination - UPLB
it just took us one hour and fourty five minutes to reach the finish line
so we ate in bonito's - owned by varion? anyhow sound like that... a graduate of CCA
i ate pasta with fresh tomato and a fresh buko juice
then, off we go to the house
when we arrive i just sit at the sala
then while reading my book
my friend call me and said"hey, come here"
so i said "what?"
she said "we'll clean the house"
so i was so surprise yet nothing to do but to follow
after we are done fixing the room
we left the house for our real goal, why we went here,here in los banos - to study!
but before we study
kahlou bring me to d tri or d3 basta its where you can fresh milk,chocolate, cheese and many more - in short dairy products
it was so delicious - a two thumbs up - so if you pay a visit in UPLB don't forget to dropby there!
then, off we go to down town and look for a coffee shop
stayed there and study
we ordered two coffee - flavoured for me french vanilla and for her strawberry
and a pack of oatmeal cookies
stayed there for 3 more hours
its also the meeting place for one of our friend - name gretch - sister of tee jaye na bestfriend ni kahlou and doms - my wing mate before sa dorm and high school batch mate ni kahlou
so, off we go to eat dinner at aling linda? - hmm forget the real name but the food was really great mmmm...been longing for that food!
but guess what one of my friend drop by - glenn luzon the great drawing person in the whole world
we all meet at new lb square
then, do some chit chat and little bit of san mig light
then went home
around 12 in the morning
thats the end of my day for today
a good and not so busy day
a relaxing one
can't wait to be back at los banos - i really love the place!
